Designed by world-renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects and
developed by Philadelphia Rittenhouse Developer, LP, 10 Rittenhouse
Square welcomed its first resident in October 2009. In Philadelphia,
Mr. Stern’s work includes Comcast Center, the Master Plan
for the Navy Yard and One Crescent at the Navy Yard. Other
residential projects include The Chatham and Fifteen Central
Park West in Manhattan and The Clarendon in Boston.
Philadelphia Rittenhouse Developer, LP is a joint venture
between ARC Properties, Inc., of Clifton, New Jersey and Wheeler
Brothers Holdings, LLC, a Philadelphia-based company. Combined,
the principals of have been responsible for the acquisition
and development of more than 200 projects with an aggregate
value in excess of $2 billion.
Finally, Turner Construction built 10 Rittenhouse Square,
employing the expertise and commitment to quality that has
made Turner one of the most successful contractors and construction
management firms in the world. |
